Welcome home
Plantation Resort 1 is the original neighborhood of the Plantation Resort community — 305 single-family homes on quiet, tree-lined streets, many backing to the fairways, ponds, and canals of the golf course. Built starting in 1988, it has the mature landscaping and settled character that newer Frisco developments can’t match.
The community is governed by the Plantation Resort Homeowners Association, Inc., a Texas non-profit run by a volunteer Board of Directors, and is professionally managed by RealManage. We maintain the pool and courts, care for the common areas, and administer the deed restrictions and architectural review.
